    It all started when I got a retirement home in Florida


    and felt like the jealous teenager that never


    imagined this day would come.


    It was awful at first but then my life changed for the better!


    I never expected that in my 60s, after years of marriage and having children,


    I would be concerned about my spouse leaving me.


    But it turned out to be the best thing that could have happened!


    My Mom once said:

    β€œYour body will never be the same after having children.”


    She was trying to scare me off boys,

    but those words stuck with me for the following 50 years!


    As soon as I had children,

    there was my excuse why I struggled keeping the pounds off.


    I never blamed all the chocolate, soda and ice cream I enjoyed daily.

    I've tried everything and nothing worked for me:
